Cancellation Policy

In the rare case that Imagine-Taiwan must cancel a trip due to low enrolment, we will do so at least 1 week prior to the start and offer a full refund.

If a typhoon and/or excessive rain is forecast, National Parks will be shut, forcing us to cancel the trip. We will offer a future trip or full refund minus an admin fee (NT$250).

In the event of light to moderate precipitation and/or wind, please note the trip will continue as planned but the scope may change slightly. Example; If originally camping then sleeping indoors may be suggested.

In the event of heavy precipitation and/or wind forecast, we will make the decision a minimum of 36 hours before the trip departure (to cancel). We will offer a future trip or full refund minus an admin fee (NT$250).

Once the trip is underway, if any part becomes too dangerous we reserve the right to cancel. In this instance we would try our best to offer an alternative. Example; Recent hiking trail collapse – we would potentially offer a nearby hot spring visit instead.
