First Aid Practical Training

Emergency First Response (EFR) is a First Aid course that teaches and trains you a variety of skills, such as CPR, using an AED, and basic First-Aid, to assist others in a medical situation. We will help you to be confident in your care. Our courses are Internationally recognized and accepted. We strictly follow the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) regulations and procedures.

Our courses are mostly self-study-based with an innovative e-learning system. Paid & registered participants will receive the e-learning material login codes and will attend a 3+ hour practical training with an experienced and qualified South African paramedic and EFR instructor.

Participants will receive a certificate on completion of the course. And will be online registered with the PADI.
